A: All properties have a combination lockbox.

Q: I see that you have a combination lockbox on the property. May I have the combination code?

A: No, we are not permitted to give out the combination code.

Q: May I complete an inspection of the property?
A: Yes. However, inspection contingencies are not permitted in our contracts. All parties are encouraged to complete any desired inspections prior to making an offer.

A: This service is for buyers who are unable to attend the live auction. The highest online bid on crossroads-reo.com is then presented at the live auction on behalf of the buyer. If the highest online bid is the successful bid at the auction, the buyer then purchases the property.
